What a great time speaking to a group of leaders and agents of change!

I had the privilege to speak in front of 186 people about our "House of Jenga".

You all know the Jenga game, right? You remove pieces and stack them high and hope your piece doesn't knock it down.

But what if your life is like a house of Jenga with one piece (or moment) away from tipping over?

Each Jenga piece representing a word or moments in your life of great success or moments of terrible .....suck! We cling to certain Jenga pieces to protect us, yet we don't let them go when they no longer serve us.

I spoke on this topic and demonstrated how what you pick up and what you put down are vital to the success of your mindset, movement and momentum in your life.
